Shipping & delivery

Geroprotect ships from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to the UAE and to supported international destinations. The country selector and the delivery method shown at checkout are the final confirmation that we can ship to your address. All prices are in AED and include 5% UAE VAT.

United Arab Emirates

Delivery inside the UAE is free. Orders are dispatched the same working day and normally delivered the next working day; same-day delivery is available in eligible Dubai service areas. All seven emirates are served by courier. These timings are estimates, not guarantees.

International

International orders are dispatched the same working day. Shipping is free to Saudi Arabia and all European Union destinations; other supported destinations are charged a flat rate of AED 50, shown at checkout before you pay. Transit times vary by destination and carrier hand-offs; tracking details are sent when available.

Customs, duties and taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, permits or local restrictions unless checkout explicitly states that they are included. Customs delays are outside our direct control. Availability remains subject to courier coverage, import rules and local law; we may contact you if a destination cannot be served safely or lawfully.
