How Geroprotect international shipping works
Orders are dispatched from Dubai the same working day. Delivery costs depend on whether your order is international or within the UAE.
International orders
- Free shipping on orders of AED 449 and above.
- A flat AED 50 rate below AED 449, shown at checkout before you pay.
UAE orders
- Free delivery.
- Delivery normally the next working day.
- Same-day in eligible Dubai areas.
- Delivery times are estimates only.
Transit times for international orders vary by destination.
Prices, currency and payment
Prices are shown in AED, the UAE dirham. Every price includes 5% UAE VAT (value added tax), so the AED figure you see already carries the tax. Your card provider converts the AED amount at checkout, so you can pay in your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus Apple Pay. Cash on delivery is not offered on this store.
Import duties, taxes and customs
When your order crosses a border, import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply. These are the recipient's responsibility, so they sit outside the product price and shipping cost. This applies to all international orders, including Europe, the UK and the USA.
Because every country sets its own rules, the amount can differ by destination. If you are unsure what your local customs authority will charge, check with them before you order.
Returns and refunds
If you need to send an item back, here is the path in plain terms.
- 30 days after delivery for unopened items in their original packaging.
- EU customers also have a 14-day cooling-off right.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3 working days of approval. Bank processing may take longer, up to 45 days in exceptional cases.
- We do not offer direct exchanges.

There are two formulas, each with 13 listed actives and every amount printed on the label. Tablets, not capsules.
Essentials I lists Ca-AKG (calcium alpha-ketoglutarate) 450 mg and NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide) 450 mg among its 13 actives; Essentials II lists nicotinamide riboside (NR) 480 mg and resveratrol 360 mg among its 13 actives.
