Geroprotectors can work in a variety of ways, such as by reducing inflammation, promoting cellular repair mechanisms, and improving mitochondrial function. Some examples of geroprotectors include quercetin, CA-AKG, metformin, resveratrol, and NAD+ precursors like nicotinamide riboside.
